At this level, individuals demonstrate initiative and sound judgment in planning, organising, implementing and monitoring their own responsibilities as well as those of others. They utilise effective communication skills to support teams and individuals in achieving business and organisational objectives.
Graduates are also equipped to plan, develop and evaluate solutions to complex or unpredictable challenges while critically analysing and integrating information from a variety of sources.

A minimum of 20 contact hours per week of study/tuition is required.
Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) is available to students who have prior skills, knowledge and experience or Credit Transfer with Units of competency from formal study or training in the relevant area. RPL may reduce the duration of your study course.
