It provides a pathway to employment across a variety of organizations, including restaurants, hotels, clubs, pubs, cafés, and coffee shops. Additionally, it enables graduates to establish and operate small businesses within these sectors.
All skills acquired through this qualification must be applied in accordance with relevant Commonwealth, State, and Territory legislation, Australian standards, and industry codes of practice.
